The entire contents of this website (fullcircleai.com) and of the FullCircleAI application (app.fullcircleai.com) — including, without limitation, all text, photographs, graphics, illustrations, icons, logos, designs, video, audio, page layouts, screens, workflows, templates, forms, checklists, documentation, source code, object code and the overall “look and feel” — are the exclusive property of FullCircleAI (“FullCircleAI,” “we,” “us” or “our”) or its licensors, and are protected by the copyright laws of the United States and other countries and by international treaties.

Trademarks

FullCircleAI™, the FullCircleAI circle logo, “The first all-in-one AI operating system for services businesses on the planet™,” and all related names, logos, slogans, taglines, product and feature names, and stylized representations are trademarks and service marks of FullCircleAI in the United States and other countries, whether or not registered. The ™ symbol marks a claim of trademark rights; it does not mean the mark is registered.

You may not use any FullCircleAI mark — including in a domain name, business name, social media account, advertisement, search-engine keyword or metatag — in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation, or that is likely to cause confusion, without our prior written permission. All other trademarks shown on this website or in the software belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

Trade dress

The distinctive appearance of the FullCircleAI website and software — including its color palette and gradient, typography, layout, iconography, and the way its features are organized and presented — is protectable trade dress under Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act and applicable state law. Any imitation likely to cause confusion, mistake or deception as to source, sponsorship or affiliation is prohibited.

The software

FullCircleAI is proprietary software. It is licensed to subscribing businesses for use under their subscription — it is not sold, and no ownership of it passes to anyone. The methods, processes, workflows, estimating and takeoff logic, scheduling and messaging systems, data structures, and the selection and arrangement of features embodied in the software are confidential and proprietary to FullCircleAI and constitute our trade secrets.

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, you may not, and may not help anyone else to:

copy, modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works of the website or the software;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to discover the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms or structure of the software;
access or copy the website or the software by robot, spider, scraper or other automated means, or harvest any content or data from it;
use the website, the software or any output of it to build, train, benchmark or improve a competing product or service, including any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model;
rent, lease, resell, sublicense or otherwise make the software available to anyone who is not an authorized user of a subscribing business;
remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.

Certain features, methods and systems of FullCircleAI may be the subject of patent applications or other intellectual property protection in the United States and elsewhere.

Your content stays yours

The businesses that use FullCircleAI own the information they put into it — their customers, jobs, estimates, proposals, photographs, drawings and documents. We claim no ownership of that content. We use it only to provide the service to the business that entered it, as our Privacy Policy describes. Each business is responsible for having the right to upload what it uploads.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas or other feedback about FullCircleAI, you agree that we may use them without restriction and without any obligation to you.

Limited permission

You may view this website and print a reasonable number of its pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference, provided every copy keeps all copyright and other proprietary notices. You may link to the home page of fullcircleai.com, so long as the link is not misleading and does not suggest an affiliation that does not exist. Reporting copyright infringement

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that material available through FullCircleAI infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to support@fullcircleai.com with the subject line “Copyright notice,” including:

identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
identification of the material you believe is infringing, with enough detail — such as a URL — for us to locate it;
your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

If material you posted was removed because of such a notice and you believe that was a mistake, you may send us a counter-notice at the same address. We may pass a notice or counter-notice to the other party, and we may suspend or close the accounts of repeat infringers. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Reservation of rights and enforcement

All rights not expressly granted in this notice are reserved. Nothing on this website or in the software grants, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any FullCircleAI copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, patent right or other intellectual property without our express written permission.

We actively protect our intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction or misappropriation of it may result in the termination of access to the software and in civil and criminal liability, and we will pursue every remedy available under the law, including damages, injunctive relief, and costs and attorneys’ fees where the law allows.
